The following checklist is kind of entrepreneurial aptitude test, a list of “self.” Answer each question honestly! Then discuss each question.
Are you a leader?
It is difficult to “define” a leader, but is easily recognized when one sees it. A good manager, “so to speak, is not necessarily a leader. It was said that led it to do things properly and manage to make things right. An Entrepreneur must of course be a competent manager, but more important is that business must lead to success. To be a leader must focus his energy. If you are starting a business, be prepared to focus on their goals. If you feel lacking in qualities, read one or more of the many good books available on the subject. Nobody really knows if a leader is born or made, but it is possible to focus on those qualities that most leaders seem to possess. One thing we know, however, is that a leader comes to start, run and grow a business successfully.
